An imaginative writing that does not necessarily require a plot, such as an impression, a descriptive writing or a characterization. Maximum of four (4) pages. |
| Judging Criteria: |
Expression of original ideas and originality of presentation. Good sentence variety, effective use of language and richness of description. An entry will not be eliminated for grammatical and mechanical errors; however, those errors may factor in the judging. |

Format: Entry must be typed, double-spaced, with a minimum of 1” margins on all sides. |

Fonts: Must be size 12, and, if possible, in Times New Roman font. Do NOT use a script (cursive-style) font. |
